What stays on your device

Tap and Hear remembers the last picture you selected in local settings. It uses Apple's StoreKit transaction verification to decide which optional packs are unlocked. The app does not transmit these preferences or transaction records to a server operated by us.

The app has no advertising, analytics or tracking integration. It does not access your microphone, camera, location, contacts or photos. It does not ask children or adults to enter personal information.

Purchases are handled by Apple

Optional packs are one-time in-app purchases, not subscriptions. StoreKit communicates with Apple to load products and prices, complete purchases and restore them. We do not receive your payment-card details through the app. Apple processes purchase and account information under its own policies.

Verified purchases can be used offline after access is established. Restoring on another device uses the same Apple Account and requires a connection. Account changes and refunds may not appear until StoreKit receives updated information.

Pictures, voices and shared play

Pictures and English audio are included in the app. Voices were generated during production; the app does not send your voice or your child's interactions to an AI service. Animal sounds are playful vocal imitations. No speech recording or speech recognition occurs during play.

The experience is intended for a parent or caregiver and child together. There are no profiles, chat, user uploads or personalized advertising.

Deletion and device settings

Deleting the app and its data removes its local picture preference. It does not cancel or erase purchases held by Apple. Device backups, diagnostics, purchase history and Apple Account controls are managed through Apple and your device settings.

Support messages and this website

If you email support@talkandcomment.com, your email address, message and any attachments are processed by our email service so we can respond. Please do not send a child's personal information, payment-card details or Apple passwords.

For requests to access, correct or delete information you have sent to support, email the same address and identify your request. This does not delete records held independently by Apple.

This static website is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. We have not added advertising, analytics scripts, contact forms or application cookies. Cloudflare processes technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser/request details, to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. These website and email practices are separate from the app’s offline play.
